Selection of Products

1. On our web site you will find a complete selection of our products. You can choose a product and add it to your order, either directly from the high lighted ones on our main page, or by clicking on the links in the categories section and select the products you want. The products have been grouped together to make it easier to locate what you are looking for.

2. Once selected the product that interests you, click on the item and you will see more details about it.

3. When you want to buy any product in our shop, click on the option "Add to the basket" and another page will open where you will be able to select specific options on that article. For example increase the minimum order.

4. Once selected the options indicated in the section 3, you click "Add to basket" and you will see your order to date (on the same page you can see your order at any time by clicking on the option located in the right margin of our shop).

5. From this point you will be able to continue with your purchase (option to "Continue purchase") or go to the page “Send Order”. Here you can select the form of payment and of delivery. At the point you also have the option to delete any product or return to the shop (see point 3).

6.- Once you have clicked on the option to “Checkout”, you will see a form in which the content of the purchase will be picked up, together with the necessary fields for the shipment and payment of the same, it is obligatory that you enter the data requested in those marked ones with " *."
7. It is important that the field "Email" is filled with a correct mail address; since it is to this we send confirmation, with details of the order and a reference number. The data introduced will be treated with our guarantee of confidentiality (see Guarantee of confidentiality).

8. Delivery of orders over 50 € not including IVA, within the Spanish mainland and the Balearic Islands will be charged a nominal sum of 5 €. Orders of less than 50€ will not be accepted.
For deliveries outside of Mainland Spain or the Balearic Islands: The delivery charge will be added to the invoice total depending on the service you select. When selecting the “shipment country” you will be offered different forms of shipment. The charges vary from country to country (consult shipping costs).
Later on this charge will be added to the final total of the invoice. The amount will be confirmed via phone or by email to you.

9. Once all the data is correctly introduced proceed by clicking the button to "Continue process", you will be asked to confirm the order. On this page will be the total of your order including shipping costs.
10. Clicking the button "Send to secure payment connection”; you will proceed to the payment of the order by means of the various forms of payment.

11. The payment is carried out in a secure site, corresponding to the Spanish Confederation of Cajas de Ahorros (CECA), in which you will see the order number, together with the total amount; you will be requested to enter your credit card details, which we will be charged with the amount of the purchase.

12. After entering the data correctly and pressing the button to "buy" your On-line purchase will be confirmed showing a reference number. It might be convenient to print out this page as proof of purchase and for your records.

13. Once you click on the option “Continue”, we will confirm the sale and the release from our warehouse of your order.
Concluding the process

14. Finally you will be shown on the screen a copy of the invoice of your order. It is advisable to print a copy. With that you will end the process of On-line purchase.

16. The prices of the products on the web site and transport exclude I.V.A. This will be shown, as appropriate, at the foot of the invoice.
